Welcome to the Easy PDF Reader ("Application"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you ("User", "You", or "Your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this application. These terms apply to your use of the application, including any content, features, and in app purchases. 1. Accept the terms

By using this application, you confirm that:

You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital age of consent in your jurisdiction);

You have the legal capacity to sign binding agreements;

You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you use this application on behalf of an organization, it means you have the authority to bind that entity.

 

2. Service Description

This application provides PDF scanning, PDF reading, and PDF sharing. Most of the features are free, but some have usage restrictions. If you want to use them frequently in the future, you need to unlock them through in app purchases.

 

3. In app purchases

3.1 All in app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. We will not collect or store your payment information; All transactions are processed directly by the corresponding stores.

3.2 Unless required by law or permitted by the store's refund policy, all sales are considered final. Please carefully review your purchase before confirming.

3.3 Unless automatic renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription will be automatically renewed. You can manage or unsubscribe through the App Store (iOS) account settings.

3.4 If you believe that you have been charged incorrectly or have not received the content you purchased, please contact Apple support directly. We will provide assistance whenever possible, but are not responsible for processing refunds.

 

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 The application and all related content (including software, graphics, logos, text, and audiovisual elements) belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 You are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to use the application only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are not allowed to copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works.

 

5. Service changes and termination

If you engage in the following behaviors, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account usage rights without any liability for compensation:

Using the application for any illegal or fraudulent purpose;

Interfering with the security or functionality of applications (such as using bots, cheating, or hacking);

Attempting to access our system without authorization;

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules

 

6. Disclaimer

This application is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement.

We do not guarantee that the application will not be interrupted, secure, or error free. Your use of this application is at your own risk.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use or inability to use the application, even if we are informed of the possibility of such damages.
